Introduction to Yoga
As a Massage therapist, I find myself constantly watching my posture and suffer from back ache from time to time.
Which is the main reason I looked into Yoga, to help straighten my posture and relieves aches and pains.
There is so much more to yoga, than the downward dog!
Yoga is about connecting the mind, the body and soul, together creating harmony!
Sounds good, but what does this really mean? Yoga is an old discipline from India. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It improves health and happiness.
Since starting Yoga I feel I have a calmer and happier persona, and I also feel more mindful of my health.
